Prevention is easier than regret.

Pirkei Avot teaches the value of foresight. In dermatology, that means not waiting until something becomes harder to treat.

Regular skin checks matter. So does noticing changes early, whether it’s a new spot, a mole that looks different, or skin that simply hasn’t felt right for a while.

Most women don’t have a skincare routine. They have a rotation.

I see this all the time. Women layering product after product, switching things out every few weeks, and still not feeling confident about what they’re doing.

Overcomplicated skincare doesn’t work better. It usually works worse.
