We’ve all been there, not wanting to face the truth of something, preferring to live in the shadows behind the truth and the stories we tell ourselves. Sometimes this is all we can handle. I’ve got to show you this!!! It’s done! Complete! Finite! I’ve officially graduated from ‘s Yoga Therapy program! It’s been an amazing journey with so many to thank along the way. The teacher’s and mentor’s have been exquisite and learning with such a knowledgeable and sharing cohort - each student bringing their own expertise to the group has been an absolute blessing. Some say it’s the natural progression of a Yogi to keep learning, to keep seeking. I’d have to say yes, this definitely is truth. An endless wealth of learning and information that has made me a better teacher, a better Mother, and a better human and earthling. Shout out to .somatic.healing .rockstar_ Thank you all for the love and beauty you bring to our world! Hari Om!
