I'm a DONA trained Doula, currently working towards DONA certification. As a Doula I provide continuous physical, emotional and informational support to a mother before, during and just after birth. My purpose is to help women have a safe, memorable, and empowering birthing experience. As a mother of four children I understand how important every aspect of birth is.
