I’m Sean—a husband, father of two, and a busy professional who knows firsthand how hard it is to balance fitness, work, and family. I help men and women over 40 build strength, move better, and stay consistent—without spending hours in the gym. As a NASM-certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and corrective exercise specialist—with 10 years of experience as an elementary school teacher—I bring clarity, patience, and real-world practicality to every session. My programs are built on proven strength training principles tailored to your goals and lifestyle. Whether you want to gain strength, lose weight, improve mobility, or feel your best, I’ll guide you forward with smart, sustainable fitness that fits your life—not competes with it.
