I’ve been meaning to post this… my husband is a runner and listens to lots of running podcasts. This one discusses prioritizing protein, separating fuels, and even mentions menopause. He thought of THM and me and shared it with me. I haven’t listened to all of it, but this is the spot he talks about fuels and separation.
