🌞 Warm Weather is Coming! Let's Talk Water Safety. 🏊♀️
We are all excited about the upcoming warm weather and the family barbecues by the water. Whether you’re a "Lake Family" or a "Pool Family," safety is always a top priority.
As you're shopping for new swimsuits, there’s one critical detail to keep in mind: Visibility.
This image perfectly illustrates how dramatically different swimsuit colors perform underwater in both a lake and a pool. The right choice can be a life-saving difference in making sure your child is always seen and never unseen.
📢 Here’s what you need to know:
In a Lake (Top Image): Notice how most colors completely vanish in the dark, murky water. The ONLY high-visibility options are bright, fluorescent colors like NEON PINK, ORANGE, and GREEN. Dark colors, blues, and even yellow can disappear into the murkiness, appearing as shadows or simply blending in.
In a Pool (Bottom Image): While visibility is better, certain colors are still difficult to spot. Light colors, blues, and dark colors can blend in with the pool liner, shadows, or debris. Again, NEON colors—especially neon pink and neon orange—provide the highest contrast.
Our Safety Advice:
For maximum child safety in both lakes and pools, choose fluorescent/neon colors. Avoid dark blues, blacks, grays, and even common reds or light yellows that can get lost when wet or under varying lighting.
