We’re back, folks! -And now with a new format!
Moving forward, I will be planning 5-8 week class series where we focus and build on specific areas, skills, knowledge bases, or needs.
As you can see, our first series in this style is titled “Hips and Twists” and is BEGINNER FRIENDLY. It’s exactly what it sounds like. We’re going to learn about our hips (the anatomy and orientation of the hips, how best to support the hips during our daily lives and yoga practices, opening the hips, etc.) and we’re going to learn about what our spines do when we twist (the anatomy of the spine twisting, the benefits of twists, how to build on and deepen your twists in your practice, etc.). We will, as ever, work towards a BALANCED yoga practice, but with a special emphasis on our hips and twists.
You may also note the “increase” in price. As ever, classes at AES are by donation only, but if you feel obligated to pay, I have listed a suggested price which differs from past pricing. Again, it is only a suggestion; classes at AES are by donation in order to be easily accessible for the community. -And I will of course, always, honor any Balanced Yoga punch cards you have purchased/won.
