This International Women’s Day, I’ve been reflecting on something:
For generations, women have created spaces for growth, connection, and transformation often quietly, often behind the scenes. Spaces where people could gather, learn, feel supported, and expand what was possible in their lives and their work.
As a woman, a business owner, and a leader, being able to create and sustain spaces like these is something I don’t take for granted. Historically, women building businesses, leading communities, and creating opportunities like this was far more difficult, and in many cases not even possible.
So being able to step into leadership, to bring people together from around the world, and to create spaces for learning, connection, and transformation carries a lot of meaning for me. To me, being a woman leader means building community, opening doors for others, and creating opportunities that empower people to grow both personally and professionally.
While International Women’s Day celebrates the impact of women globally, the retreats I host are intentionally built for everyone and every gender in this profession therapists, clinicians, business owners, leaders, and practitioners who are committed to expanding their knowledge and creating meaningful change for the people they serve.
Because growth like this doesn’t happen in isolation.
It happens in community.
And that’s exactly what these retreats are designed to create.

The only remaining experiences are:
