For the next 3 days, I’ll be doing a gentle reset focused on calming the nervous system, supporting digestion, and giving the body a break from the constant “go mode”.
I’ll be using bone broth as my anchor… but this isn’t about perfection, restriction, or doing it “right”.
It’s about:
-reducing overwhelm in the body
-supporting metabolism (not stressing it)
-reconnecting with hunger + fullness cues
-creating a little more space + clarity

I’ll be going LIVE each morning on my page to walk you through it, share what I’m doing, help you adapt this in a way that feels supportive for your body.

Hail storms and foraging bears - must be Spring in the PNW! I guess on a positive note we didn’t have our bees in the hive yet, so it could be worse. Now the challenge becomes how to protect the hive moving forward. Any suggestions???

You gotta love the unpredictable weather of Spring. Hail storm hit just as my tomatoes were being delivered. 🤞my garden survives the pommeling.
