Due to high demand, polices are effective immediately.
•Scheduled appointments that need to be rescheduled must be canceled within 24 hours of appointment time to avoid the full charge of scheduled session.
•If an appointment has been missed (no show) without consideration of cancellation policy and the client would like to reschedule, 50% of the session will need to be paid at the time of appointment being scheduled to secure session time.
•Missed appointments that are booked with a gift certificate and do not cancel appointment before scheduled time is considered as a “no show” and gift card will not be redeemable for a future appointment.
🙋🏻♀️I realize that things happen—emergencies, etc. and I will certainly take circumstances into consideration for rebooking by showing some grace and waving said policies. Sometimes, it’s my own fault 🙋🏻♀️
I have a weekly waiting list, it’s impossible to get someone in a “no show” appointment since I book clients on a tight schedule. I’m truly thankful for the clientele that I have built over the past 18 years—you truly are an extension of my family and I value our time spent together ❤️
