Nicole Johnson, LPN, is our Resident Care Director at Magnolia Place Bainbridge.
Nicole manages the daily care operations, supervises nursing/care staff, and ensures regulatory compliance. She develops individualized care plans, acts as a liaison between families and doctors, and oversees medication management to maintain high-quality care
