🥑 Hello Beautiful People....I hope you are mentally and emotionally well. As we wrap up this first week of December I wanted to share this Word Search Excercise with you that has been Fearfully and Wonderfully created by Me....

Incorporating word searches into your routine can be a fun and beneficial way to support your mental health: They stimulate the brain, improve memory skills, and aid in vocabulary building.

As you engage in this Healthy Search just know it provides a mental workout and a break from daily stressors, enhancing focus and relaxation.

So with that said conquer the day with this puzzle; read and search and do some vocabulary and pick one Word that you believe describes you and write the definition out and see how much you align with the meaning of that Word.

DAY 16: TUESDAY/MEDITATION

ACTION: Practice meditation for at least 10 minutes. Meditation is a practice that involves focusing the mind to achieve a state of mental clarity, emotional stability, and a sense of inner peace.

Meditation is a critical spiritual practice for Christians, and that it involves reflecting on God's Word and growing in one's relationship with Him.

Meditation involves taking time to read and study the Bible regularly, and to apply what one learns to daily life. Happy Healing.......

DAY 2: MENTAL WELLNESS CHALLENGE!!!!

Limit screen time and or social media use for a week.

Excessive screen time and social media use can have several effects on mental health, including:

🧠 Anxiety and Depression
🧠 Sleep Disruption
🧠Social Isolation
🧠 FOMO ( Fear of Missing Out)

Just to name a few.. it is important to set boundaries around screen time, engage in offline activities and prioritize real - life interactions!!!!

Be mindful that Chronic stress kills and Purpose Heals....

Redefine your Relationship with food.. you are what you eat!!!! Food is not just energy it builds our body on a cellular level. The body is specifically designed to absorb the nutrients that it needs from the foods we eat turning them into fuel for activities and processes, from running and jumping to digestion and cell repair.

So for those that participated in this Challenge give yourself a high five and if you didn't or was not able to start, use this as a stepping stone and create a personal challenge for yourself and use this as a tool to help guide and direct your steps!!!!! You got this and enjoy yourself...
