For 2026 , I am managing my social anxiety. As an introvert 🦀♋️ I rarely go out or I may change my mind when it comes to attending events. I come up with so many excuses in my mind on NO!

Sometimes you gotta step OUTSIDE, LIVE and have FUN and say YES!.

I'm so glad I did and it was worth it.

That video was disturbing and traumatic to watch. I'm choosing not to share it. I want to acknowledge her strength and share her story. This is another experience of a Black birth that lacked compassion, respect and dignity.

Another reminder about the state of . Accountability is necessary for change.

Sending prayers 🙏🏾 and compassion to her and her family.

👼🏻 Baby's lips will be fl**ges out.
🤱🏿 Baby's chin will make contact and rest against your breast.
