​Yoga Studio: Our tranquil yoga studio is open to all levels of practitioners, providing a peaceful and inviting space for various classes. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, our studios are designed to inspire your practice and promote inner balance. Conference & Workshop Room: Our versatile conference and workshop room is available for rent, offering a range of possibilities for meetings, workshops, and group activities. The space features a conference table that comfortably seats 8, with an open area perfect for collaboration. For larger gatherings, we can provide tables and chairs to accommodate up to 20 people. This room is also home to our "group therapy" sessions, where up to 8 participants can relax, socialize, and enjoy our four wellness therapies in a supportive environment. It's an ideal space to bring people together in a professional or casual setting.

Willow Health + Wellness is excited to welcome Daniel Green, of Thrive CNY SoftWave Therapy.

Daniel Green is a physician assistant and founder of Thrive CNY Softwave Therapy. He is privileged to be able to provide this amazing technology to the people of Central New York and will be operating within Willow Health + Wellness at locations in Camillus and Baldwinsville.

Dan grew up in Baldwinsville graduating from CW Baker High, and earned both his Bachelor of Science in Biology and his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies degrees from LeMoyne College. He also holds a Master's degree in Education from SUNY Oswego.

He is accepting new patients on Tuesdays at Willow Health + Wellness in Camillus and on Saturday mornings he will be treating patients in B'ville. You can find out more about SoftWave therapy on his soon to launch website, www.thrivecnysoftwave.com and on social media.

Our Story

Willow Health & Wellness Center (Willow HWC) was established to allow health and wellness coaches, teachers, trainers and medical experts, an opportunity to utilize a quality space to provide their services, programs and classes in a manner that is economical for themselves as well as their students/patients. The Willow Health & Wellness Center now has two locations: Rt. 31 across from the Radisson development (3090 Belgium Rd, Baldwinsville, NY) and 5104 West Genesee Street in Camillus.

WHWC will coordinate with independent providers to offer fitness classes and other health and wellness services including: Yoga -various forms including Hatha, Kripalu, Hot Yoga & Kids Yoga Tai chi Zumba

Acupuncture Chiropractic Medical Weight Loss Nutritional Counseling Life Coaching Reiki Therapeutic Massage
