In addition to orthopedic issues, we deal with sports injuries, balance and gait problems, post joint-replacement surgery rehabilitation, and TMD. We can also provide work station assessments to reduce risk of injury from repetitive stress as well as have particular experience working with repetitive motion overhead athletes with sports such as baseball, softball, volleyball, tennis, and swimming. We are distinguished not only for bringing physical therapy to your home or workplace, but also for our full-hour appointments.

Our Story

Founded in 2017 by Gregory Judice, Judice Sports and Rehab provides personalized physical therapy, annual injury screens, workstations assessments, and one-on-one rehabilitation to patients in St. Louis County.

Dr. Greg was first exposed to the world of physical therapy at the age of eleven. While on the mound for his traveling baseball team, he sustained a shoulder injury that limited his ability to throw a ball as he grew older. This impacted his ability to pitch and play baseball but introduced him to his future passion. Now a respected physical therapist in the St. Louis area, he remembers his initial desire was to work with injured children in an effort to help them return to sports. However, through his continued education and knowledge gained through his certifications, he found enjoyment working with people of all ages and athletic abilities who are dealing with orthopedic injuries and pain, resulting in a passion for working with adults and children alike. Dr. Greg enjoys working as a physical therapist because it allows him to show each of his patients that their concerns matter and he remains motivated to demonstrate how much he cares about their health and success. This drive for helping people inspired his idea for a physical therapy practice that provides only one-on-one treatments, providing his patients with his full attention every single session. His extensive education includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Saint Louis University, a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the same distinguished institution, and Dr. Greg has pursued specialized knowledge in the area of orthopedics, graduating from SLU-SSM Health Physical Therapy Orthopedic Residency Program, earning his Orthopedic Clinical Specialty. This included practical skills training, evidence-based practice literature studies, and consistent collaboration and mentoring with current experts in the Orthopedic Physical Therapy field. In addition to delivering orthopedic care, Dr. Greg is a shoulder specialist and works with throwers and other overhead athletes, particularly baseball players, doing both injury prevention and rehabilitation of shoulder injuries. His experience working as a coach for a youth baseball team has given him extra insight into the world of throwing athletes, and he has presented safety and injury prevention information to players, parents, and other coaches on the topic of pitching and throwing mechanics, as well as provided private pitching lessons to young baseball players in the St Louis County area. When not at the office, Dr Greg can be found enjoying time with his family, disc golf, pyrography, woodworking, and homebrewing. In the spirit of charitable giving, Judice Sports & Rehab has partnered with Stray Rescue! Dr. Greg and his family have rescued a dog and keep animal rights and care close to heart. Every month, a portion of Judice Sports and Rehab profits go toward providing food & care to animals in need in St. Louis.
