Beloved, we’re not living in survival mode anymore. 🚫
We’re becoming Covenant Keepers according to the Word.

That means we must organize our life with intention, our mind, our habits, our body, our spirit, our environment- what we read, what we listen to, and how we move.

Survival mode may have helped us THEN, but now we walk in wisdom, discipline, and discernment.
Now we live in covenant according to Scripture. ✨

The Holy Spirit is our Guide.
The covenant is our foundation.
The Kingdom is our standard. 👑

As year 45 approaches, I’ve been reflecting deeply on why I became a mental health advocate and faith-based life coach.

It started when I realized how often I abandoned myself — staying in spaces, places, and relationships that spoke the Word, but didn’t apply it. 😮‍💨

When my podcast relaunches, we’re starting with this truth:👇🏾
So many of us are considered the strong friend because we’ve learned to appear to have it all together. This was a façade to protect ourselves from being hurt— yet at the same time, we self-sabotage by abandoning our own needs just to feel accepted and loved.

But that kind of love costs us something sacred — our peace and our self-confidence.

This season, I am sharing how to tear down those false narratives and replace them with truth, wisdom, and discernment — not just behind closed doors, but out loud, so other sisters can do the same.

Your reflection isn’t found in opinions, trends, or people’s approval — it’s in the Word of the Most High. 🕊️
Go back to the Source of life and let His truth define who you are.
Because anything outside of what He said about you… is a lie.

✨ Yah (God) doesn’t bless double-mindedness or misaligned focus.

When your heart, attention, or obedience is split between Him and something He didn’t call you to, confusion and instability follow.

Being a mother, wife, sister, or worker… those are assignments He can bless because they align with your purpose and stewardship. But when your energy; emotional, spiritual, or physical, is being poured into something outside His will (a toxic relationship, ungodly habit, or distraction), that’s divided energy.

📖 “A double-minded man is unstable in all his ways.” — James 1:8

The issue isn’t that God withholds blessings; it’s that divided focus keeps you from receiving and stewarding what He’s already prepared.

There’s so much I want to share… but right now, I’m just sitting in the beauty of what obedience brings 🌱🫶🏾🌻👉🏾 peace, abundance, and calm in the middle of chaos. Every time I try to speak, tears come because I’m so full of gratitude.

You are loved. You are covered. You are sent to be the light this world needs. 🌍✨

Don’t let anyone dim your light or silence your voice. Be obedient, whether you’re at work, at home, at the doctor, or in the grocery store. Speak what the Ruach places on your heart.

✨ Faith is all about believing. You may not know how it will happen, but you trust that it will. That’s the beauty of walking by faith it’s not about having all the answers, it’s about trusting the One who does.
