You weren’t created just to survive…
You were created to live abundantly.

Not based on what you have
but in how you think, move, and show up.

So often, we focus on what’s missing…
What didn’t happen…
What we wish we had.

And in doing that, we overlook
What Abba has already placed in our hands.

What Abba has provided is sufficient.

There is more in your life than you’ve been noticing.
More provisions.
More capacity.
More to be thankful for.

Sometimes the shift isn’t in getting more…
It’s in seeing differently.

Beloved, Held in peace doesn’t mean life is quiet… it means your spirit is anchored.

When your mind stays on Abba,
You’re not ignoring what’s happening around you; you’re choosing where you return.

Because peace isn’t found in control…
It’s found in trust. 😉

And the more you practice returning your thoughts to Him, the more your inner world begins to feel safe again. 🫶🏾

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or unsettled… this is your reminder: you are not without covering.

✨ We’re walking through this together inside Quiet Space with weekly scripture meditations, reflection, and gentle inner work.

I asked for alignment, not comfort.

And when Abba answered… it didn’t look like what I would’ve chosen.

My schedule shifted. My routine changed. My comfort was disrupted.

But obedience will do that.

We say we want to walk in truth, keep His commandments, and live set apart…
But are we willing when it actually costs us something?

Not everything that feels inconvenient is opposition.
Some of it is positioning.

I don’t know how long this season will be.
But I trust the One who approved it.

Are you willing to follow Him… even when it doesn’t feel good?

Return to the Word. Renew the Mind. Walk in Truth.

📖 Romans 12:2
“Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.”

📖 John 8:31-32
“If you continue in my word, then you are my disciples indeed. And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”

📖 Psalm 119:105
“Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.”

Guard Your Mind, Guard Your Circle

Take inventory of the people around you and pay attention to how they speak to you. But also take inventory of how you speak to yourself.

If your self-talk is filled with doubt, criticism, and negativity, it becomes harder to discern when others are projecting their limitations onto you or slowly chipping away at your confidence.

Be mindful. Be intentional. Protect your mind, strengthen your inner voice, and continue to grow.

Scripture to meditate on: 👇🏾
“Guard your heart with all diligence, for from it flow the issues of life.” — Proverbs 4:23

Healing, growth, and maturity require self-accountability. We often want change in our lives, our relationships, and our circumstances, but transformation begins when we are willing to take an honest inventory of ourselves.

Self-accountability means acknowledging our thoughts, our behaviors, and our patterns. It means choosing to grow rather than remain comfortable in old habits. It also means cultivating healthier relationships, not only with others, but with ourselves (everything starts within)

Most importantly, our relationship with Abba, our Heavenly Father, must remain the foundation. When He is the foundation, accountability is not condemnation; it becomes correction, refinement, and growth. 🌱

Be willing to look within.
Be willing to grow.
Be willing to align your life with truth.

Healing, maturity, and meaningful relationships all begin with personal responsibility and a heart submitted to Abba.

Welcome to my page if you’re new here.

We often talk about trauma only in terms of how it harms us, but for me it also created something else: perseverance. It taught me how to push through, lean into hope, and believe that my story wasn’t finished.

Hope that things could be different.
Hope that cycles could be broken.
Hope that my life could move in a new direction.

That hope, paired with faith and action, shaped the way I coach, and the way I move through life.

My leadership style didn’t come from comfort, it was forged through experience, healing, and choosing growth.

Everything we go through shapes us.
The key is making sure it shapes us into something that benefits both ourselves and the people around us.

Welcome to my space where we talk about healing, faith, and intentional growth.

Rahab’s past did not stop Abba from using her in a powerful way. When she chose faith and obedience, her story shifted from shame to purpose.

“By faith the harlot Rahab did not perish… because she received the spies with peace.”
— Hebrews 11:31

Your past does not disqualify you from the fullness Yah has for you. Walk in truth, be authentic, and allow yourself to be fully restored.
