When something drastic happens in our lives, we are often bombarded with an overwhelming amount of emotions. Emotions we may not be able to identify, making working through them more difficult than you remember it being. ntly on my own journey to becoming my best self, and am learning new things about me everyday! This process will not be an easy one. We all have traumas we would rather tuck away than deal with. If you are afraid of your feelings or your tears, I am not the best fit for you. If you are easily offended, I am not the best fit for you. If you are not ready to hold yourself accountable, I am not the best fit for you. I learned that I could not heal until I acknowledged that I was hurt. I do recommend that we all engage in psychotherapy for the best results, as I am not a licensed clinician. If you do not have one but wish to connect with a therapist, I would be more than willing to assist in finding a provider for you.
