Licensed Massage Therapist since 2017, working in Baltimore, Maryland I offer Massage Therapy as well as Reiki & Crystal Healing sessions.

Massage styles available are Swedish, Thai, Myofascial Release, Lomi Lomi, Prenatal, Hot Stone, Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Aromatherapy, Cupping Therapy & Post-Surgery Massage. I really enjoy working with people suffering from chronic pain, injuries, surgeries, and severe conditions from scoliosis to multiple sclerosis, having lived through extreme scoliosis and spinal fusion surgery myself. I pride myself on my ability to listen to my clients unique needs and adjust the session accordingly.

It’s time for another Sound Bath !!!

Thanks to modern science we can now measure the many different health benefits from healing sounds and vibrational therapies. We’re relearning what the ancients and ancestors knew: That healing is all around us. That healing takes many forms and shapes. That healing can be invisible and effective. That vibrations can gently pass through our bodies helping our internal organs, and even our cells, to change and realign themselves. That finding internal balance and homeostasis will help us achieve our optimal health and happiness.

Have you ever struggled with meditating or quieting your mind? Sometimes it’s hard to find a quiet space and sometimes the mind is overwhelmed and you just can’t quite focus. That’s when I turn to Sound Baths. The different instruments and vibrations naturally aid the mind and body into a more restful and relaxed state, making it infinitely easier to find calm and meditate.

My Story

After graduating from the Kali Institute for Massage & Somatic Therapies in August of 2017 I received my California State Certification that November and immediately began working at Embody Wellness Studio in Ventura, Ca. I’d always been interested in medicine and anatomy which made massage therapy a perfect fit for me. I’ve completed courses in Swedish, Thai, Neuro-Structural Bodywork, Cupping, Hot Stone, Aromatherapy, Lomi Lomi, Lymphatic Drainage, Cranio-Sacral Therapy Massage, as well as Reiki Level 1 and Crystal Healing Therapy. Because of my own issues with scoliosis I’ve practiced yoga and stretching for as long as I can remember and I love incorporating easy stretches into my massage sessions. I want my clients to experience the highest level of health so I offer CBD treatments and a free 30 minute Wellness Consultation to all of my clients. In our fast paced society it’s paramount to take care of your body and stress levels. Regular massage is a great way to slow down, relax, and show your body some love. Remember,
