ALT-G stands for the Authentic Living Therapeutic Group. Weâre a collective of passionate mental and relational health providers, deeply rooted in the consensual non-monogamous, q***r, neurodiverse, and kink communities. As members ourselves, weâre committed to ongoing growth and development that centers these identities. We offer sex-positive, intentional, and dedicated care for those we serve.
*The garden is not wheelchair accessible unfortunately. It is a 3-5 minute walk from parking, along an unpaved pathway through the woods, with a mild incline and roots and gravel along the path.
Who is Invited:
We welcome anyone who is seeking community and connection based around mutual support and respect. We specifically serve the LGBTQ+, neurodiverse, and nonmonogamy communities. Children are welcome if they will be able to participate in the event without significant disruption to the other participants.

Fundraiser:
This event is in support of The Baltimore Safe Haven, which is a trans-led drop-in safe haven in Baltimore: https://www.baltimoresafehaven.org/. Participants are asked to donate $10 (or more if desired) to the cause.
The Power of Storytelling:
Fall and winter are a time of digesting the spring and summer. Part of how that happens is through storytelling. Storytelling is also an important part of liberation, as it allows us to claim what is important in our lives. Through telling our own stories, we are standing up to say that weâre alive and we matter, regardless of what society, politics, or others say.
Do you have a story youâd like to share? Sharing about your unique experience and perspective helps those around you feel less alone. What aspects of your story would you like to let go of? Maybe something youâve been told about yourself, or something from your past that no longer serves you.
