🌱 Roots of Resilience: A Community Workshop to Cultivate Strength, Connection, and Purpose

Hosted by Brian Peacock, PsyD of the ALT-G Therapy Group, this discussion-based workshop offers a space to reflect, connect, and build community resilience in a time of climate distress, political tension, and uncertainty.

We’ll explore climate and social emotions, engage in a structured community process group, complete an Action Identity Venn Diagram, create a personal resilience plan, and connect with local community efforts.

Inspired by the climate-emotion frameworks of Jon Gorman, PsyD, this workshop emphasizes groundedness, meaning-making, and collective care.

The final Intimacy Hour of the special topic series is next week! On Wednesday January 7th at 5:15pm ET we'll be doing our best to answer all of your questions about intimacy, from the playful to deeply personal.

Intimacy Hour is open to anyone and everyone, as long as you are an adult! There is no prerequisite to attend, and it's open to therapists and non-therapists. We tend to have a mix of people from all walks of life, all over the world.
