Great ruck today
I’ve been rucking more lately and starting to incorporate it as a cross-training option for the athletes I coach. It’s simple, effective, and a great way to build strength and muscular endurance without the pounding of running.
I’ll share more soon about why I’ve been doing it, the experiences that led me here, and how it’s already making a real difference in both my own training and the athletes I work with. I’ve had some eye-opening moments recently—things that didn’t make sense at the time, but make a lot more sense now. More to come later…
