Sleep struggles have a way of hitting parents deep. Not just physically, but emotionally. Many parents quietly think things like:
• “I must have done something wrong.”
• “Why does everyone else’s baby sleep?”
• “I shouldn’t need help with this.”
The truth? Pediatric sleep challenges are incredibly common and often tied to development, temperament, feeding, and biology — not parenting mistakes.
