Sleep struggles have a way of hitting parents deep. Not just physically, but emotionally. Many parents quietly think things like:
• “I must have done something wrong.”
• “Why does everyone else’s baby sleep?”
• “I shouldn’t need help with this.”

The truth? Pediatric sleep challenges are incredibly common and often tied to development, temperament, feeding, and biology — not parenting mistakes.

👉 Needing support doesn’t mean you failed.
👉 Wanting better sleep doesn’t mean you’re not responsive or loving.

If you’re in this season, please be gentle with yourself. You’re doing your best — and you don’t have to figure it out alone. 💛

If you ever want evidence-based sleep guidance or just someone to talk things through with, I’m always happy to connect — you can learn more here: bumptobabedoula.com

💔➡️💛 From “truly unsustainable” to fully rested.
When sleep deprivation feels all-consuming, parents don’t need generic advice—they need real support.

Within days, this family saw longer stretches.
Within weeks, full nights and independent naps.
And now? A happier baby and a well-rested, present mom.

If you’re feeling like you’re drowning in exhaustion, help can change everything.

From multiple night wakings and 5am mornings → a proud 2.5-year-old sleeping through until 6:30am 🙌

No magic… just individualized plans, responsive support, and steady coaching (yes, even at 3am).

✨ Client Love ✨

“When I started working with Megan, I truly felt like I was drowning… now I’m a rested, confident mom again.”

This is why I do this work. Sleep deprivation is no joke—and no parent should have to white-knuckle their way through it alone.

If you’re exhausted, overwhelmed, and wondering how much longer you can do this, support can change everything. 💛

It’s the middle of the night and you’re not really asleep — you’re waiting.

Waiting to see if this stretch will last 10 minutes… or two hours.

This is exactly where Hal & Jess were, facing 7–8 screaming wake-ups a night with their toddler.

With a clear, age-appropriate plan, those uncertain nights began to shift. In under two weeks, wake-ups dropped to just 1–2 per night.

✨ If this feels familiar and you’re wondering whether sleep could look different for your family, I’d be happy to talk.

Liz Wysong Hoffart and I recently recorded a six-part podcast series all about sleep shaping and sleep training for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.

In the final episode, we sat down with two incredible moms—one with a 5-month-old and one with a 4½-year-old—to talk about what led them to sleep training, what the two-week process was really like, and the remarkable progress their families made toward independent sleep. Hearing their honest reflections and wins was incredibly rewarding, and it was an honor to support these families in finding rest again—for everyone in the household.

🎧 This 26-minute episode offers a real-life look at what’s possible when families commit to a thoughtful, supported sleep plan. If you’re curious about how sleep training could lead to better nights—and better days—for your family, give it a listen:

“I was sitting next to my husband on the couch, watching a show, for the first time in over a year.”

This is why I do this work.
Not just for better bedtimes—but for calmer days, connected families, and parents who finally get to exhale again.

Sleep deprivation steals so much more than rest. It affects behavior, emotions, marriages, and joy.
And it doesn’t have to stay this hard.

If bedtime feels like a hostage situation, early mornings start before 5am, and you’re wondering how this became your normal… help exists. 💛

Holiday travel with babies or toddlers doesn’t have to feel chaotic—small, gentle routines can make the biggest difference. Here are a few tips to help the season feel smoother:

✨ Keep one anchor routine
Bath time, a lullaby, a favorite book...

🧸 Pack familiar sleep items
A sleep sack, white noise, or favorite lovey can help recreate their safe space on the road.

⏳ Give yourself extra time
Transitions take longer with kids, and that’s okay. Slow travel = calmer travel.

🍎 Prep simple snacks
Hunger is often the root of meltdowns during travel days.

💛 Regulate yourself first
Your calm becomes their calm. Take breaks, hydrate, breathe.

Wherever you’re headed this season, remember: you’re doing an amazing job.
Safe, gentle travels. 🤎
