Do not let that Nurse or Nurse assistance check your Blood Pressure on top of your coat, while you cross your legs, or as soon as you get to the clinic. He/she is going to get an inaccurate reading. Inaccurate reading will lead to inaccurate diagnosis and treatment. You need 5minutes rest, lay your feet flat on the ground and do not talk during Blood Pressure check. Improper BP check skill can cost a life. Know when a healthcare provider is doing something wrong, and putting a stop to it is your right.

Do tou know that activated charcoal neutralizes most ingested poisons? Crush charcoal, miss it with water and give it to a person suspected to have swallowed poison withing one hour, and you have increased his chances of living. Like and follow my page for more tips. A. Do you keep walking?
B. Leave him/her on the ground?
C. Prop him/her up?
D. Scream and do nothing?

What is in your kitchen could be the difference between life and illness.

You don’t need expensive diets. You just need smart swaps:

Fry with less oil, air fry or switch to boiled

Replace sugary cereal with oats, moi moi, or akara

Add vegetables to rice, soups, even noodles

Snack on groundnuts, bananas, carrots, pawpaw, not biscuits and soda

Proverbs 31:14 says: "The wise woman brings food from afar." Let us also bring health into our homes.

📌 Your Child Is Not “Too Fat”—It Could Be Dangerous
“He’s just big for his age” is not always cute.

• “Approximately 1 in 5 U.S. children and adolescents have obesity” (CDC).
Extra fat in children can lead to diabetes, high BP, and even liver disease.
• 🚨 Warning signs:
• Snoring at night
• Always tired
• Gaining too much weight too fast
• ✅ What parents can do:
• Cut sugary drinks (juices, sodas)
• Encourage daily activities such as walking, running, playing!
• Replace fried snacks with fruit or boiled vegetables
• Our kids deserve to grow healthy. Let's start early.
