Our mission statement “Health Solutions for a Global Change” assists the novice to highly active health club member or non member to develop an overall health and wellness mindset that lasts a lifetime. FitFilled strives to turn on everyone to fitness. We reward members of partnered health clubs through our ground breaking mobile app “Gym Smart,” that includes “Fit Points” and community discount programs. FitFilled also works with large and small corporations to develop and manage corporate wellness programs and integrate employees to local health clubs and fitness centers. FitFilled supports all sizes of gyms and health clubs to aid in member retention by offering a club management software, member communication capability, and personal training services to build a well oiled “community” for existing and struggling fitness centers.

A GREAT TIP for avoiding over eating during the colder months is to never bring the whole bag or bowl with you while watching your favorite TV Show! Banana’s are not the only good source of potassium! Spinach, romaine lettuce, tomatoes, cantaloupe, green beans, carrots and asparagus are great sources of potassium!
