It’s International Babywearing Week! ❣️
Babies come into the world expecting to be held close, and babywearing helps make that possible. Keeping your little one near not only builds connection and security, it also supports their emotional and physical development.
Research shows that being worn (especially skin-to-skin) can help babies regulate breathing, sleep better, and even ease colic or reflux. And for parents, it boosts confidence and resilience—reminding us that we are enough.
Babywearing to sleep isn’t a “bad habit.” It’s biologically normal for babies to want to nap close to their caregiver.
This week, we’re celebrating the beautiful truth that closeness is where babies thrive.
