Did you know that trees need wind to grow strong?
A gentle, steady breeze challenges them—helping roots dig deeper and trunks grow sturdier. Without that movement, trees can grow tall but fragile, easily toppled by the first big storm.

We’re not so different. 💪
Our bodies and minds also need a little healthy agitation—movement, resistance, new challenges—to build strength and resilience. Exercise, mindful stress, and even small daily efforts help us stay grounded and adaptable when life’s storms blow through.
