Fresh Start has 48 members who were receiving SNAP benefits up until now. With nothing available for November, they need help. We are looking for gift cards to Hanaford or Shaws to help. You can donate to Fresh Start Sober Living at our website and we will buy gift cards or you can buy them and drop them off at 100 Center Street.

We were honored to represent the recovery community at the Mountain View Correctional Center Resource Fair this week.

Fresh Start Sober Living is committed to supporting individuals who are ready to make meaningful changes in their lives — and it was a privilege to connect with those who are taking early steps toward recovery, even in challenging circumstances.

Every year at Recovery-Palooza, we proudly present the Jean Baker Recovery Advocacy Award. This award is given annually to an individual who has been a true advocate for recovery from substance use disorders. The recipient demonstrates dedication, commitment, and honors the mission, values, and pillars of the Bangor Area Recovery Network (BARN).
