Good morning, loves,

When I started the process of healing my life, I thought FOR SURE at some point it would come to an end.

What I have found is that although the healing process is significantly easier than it was at the beginning of my journey, it’s still very much a part of my daily life.

And I love that. 💜

The ups and downs that come with this journey help me to stay grounded in this human experience. It provides me with opportunities to be of service through teaching and guiding. It connects me to other beautiful souls, such as yourself, that are on this ascension journey. 🙌

If you are also on the healing journey, I want you to know that it does get easier. As you develop tools that assist you with the process, you will move through the challenges more quickly. 💜
