If the rehab facility you’re going to doesn’t have these things… you might be in the wrong place.

1) Space to actually move
Not just a table and some bands. Room to squat, step, lift, and move like real life.

2) Hands-on treatment
To calm what’s irritated before you’re told to “just exercise.”

3) Coaching through movements
Not a sheet of exercises — someone watching how you move and correcting it.

4) Recovery tools
So your body can settle down and heal between sessions.
