This past Saturday I was fortunate enough to be a part of a fundraiser for a family whose little boy was born with a genetic disorder that will end his life if a cure isn't developed but of course that takes money. Together with my wonderful crossfit community we raised 10k dollars and today my heart is full. Damian was diagnosed with ASMD, a rare genetic disease that could take his life before his 5th birthday. Please help us fight for his life.

Just wanted to wish you all a very Happy New Year. I am so blessed for all my clients and grateful for the support you have shown me in this past year. It has been a crazy year for sure, but when we were all unsure of the future or shuttered do to Covid19, I was blessed with wonderful clients purchasing gift certificates and reaching out to support me. I cannot express how grateful I am for all that support. I moved into the new space in June so excited to be back to work and able to see all your wonderful faces, even masked. Thank you all so very much for supporting me and my dreams thus year and in the years past. May 2021 bring all our hopes and dreams

Love getting to know new clients and being able to work with them to address their needs. I feel so blessed to be able to help make someone feel better. Especially now with so much going on in the world. Thank you Mary for your kind words.

Kathryn was very professional and exceptional at her craft. I’ve had many professional massages in the best of high end spas and this massage was comparable. I would recommend her to anyone and will be returning.
