NEW CLASS with me at It's All About You, yoga and more
Alignment Yoga every Tuesday at 5:30pm
What is Alignment Yoga? It is all about the correct anatomical alignment of your body in yoga postures. You will learn to do poses correctly, protecting yourself from misalignment and wear/tear on the joints.
In this class I will pay special attention to your body's mechanics, guiding you to align your body and offering optional manual adjustments, that will help you to understand the difference between healthy and unhealthy body alignment of each pose. Expect to have longer holds in poses to recruit activation of muscle groups and challenge you in new ways, as you work on your concentration and mindfulness.
After this class you will leave strong, knowledgeable and aligned.
