We’re offering occasional gatherings at the East Barnard Grange, where yoga and tea ceremony come together in a cozy, light-filled setting.
Bring your mat, your presence, and join us when you feel called.
Each session is a gentle fusion of movement, breath, ritual, and connection—with warm tea, soft pillows, and soulful energy.
