Stepping into Monday ready to succeed!

Workout: Step ups, 4 sets of 10 on each leg.
Focus: Hamstring, Quads, Glutes & Calves
Goal: Eventually not need the railing as assistance

Throughout the summer I have been incorporating things around my apartment complex to work out in the beautiful weather.
