Happy Labor Day 🇺🇸
After taking some time off from teaching for the summer I am excited to be back for the month of September ❤️
This will be the last month we meet at The Corner Loft in Marstons Mills as we are not renewing the lease again.
Hope to see you on your mats as we begin unwind from the Summer and settle into the Fall , grounding and resetting.

Nancy and I are looking forward to one more night of Tranquil Trio ( Crystal bowls, restorative yoga postures and Reiki) on 9/17. This class is filling qu**ky, so please reach out to reserve your space ✨❤️

✨ Join me Sunday 4/13 took in a 75 minute workshop on ways to bring your yoga into your life, allowing you to meet yourself as you are in all of the perfectly imperfect moments.
Learning tools to help shift your energy, either uplifting when you need a boost or grounding when your head and thoughts get the best of you.
We will be doing breath work, a series of yoga postures that boost your confidence and bring balance, using essential oils to make a diffuser for your car or room and more. You will also be taking home a goodie bag with some of my favorite things I incorporate into my life that help me find my balance on those perfectly imperfect days.
