Busy mornings are where good intentions go to die.
So I try to make things easy on myself.
This egg white bake takes a few minutes to throw together, and now breakfast is handled for the next few days.
High protein, simple ingredients, and way better than grabbing random snacks when you're starving.

✨️High-Protein Egg White Bake
Servings: 8
Ingredients
32 oz egg whites
1 package Applegate savory turkey sausage, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, diced
1 medium onion, diced
~10 grape tomatoes, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease 9x13 baking dish
Spread the sliced turkey sausage, diced pepper, onion, tomatoes, and garlic evenly in the dish.
Pour the egg whites over the top and gently stir to distribute everything evenly.
Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Bake for about 45 minutes, or until the eggs are set in the center.
Let cool slightly, then slice into 8 servings.
