Sense I’m at 160lbs again so I figured I should post another physique update just got done training 3 hours of martial arts + a couple hours of strength and conditioning 20 down pushups (210 reps in all) and 15 down sit-ups (120 reps in all) with dropsets of dumb bell bicep curls starting with 35lbs for 10 on each arm (wasn’t keeping count of the total number but something like 70 sets per arm) was pumped to the max definitely a little leaner than last time I was at this body weight I would say around 13.5-14% body fat witch is about.5-1% less fat % than last time witch means I increased my lean body mass witch is also nice I have better insurance than last time I was this size I also feel stronger than last time and I feel much better over all also I’m hungry lol last time I was this big I had problems shoveling enough food down my throat to keep getting bigger that won’t be an issue this time around until I hit about 165-170lbs

Check out my Newest video I do an IKF PMT Fight link in my bio. It was my first so far, and it was super fun. The plan is to do a bunch more of there to get more experience (and to flex a little) and just because it’s super fun I wanna thank my striking coach he’s super amazing he knows his stuff I love to be flashy in my striking and he likes to keep it basic he’s the perfect coach to balance me out and thanks to everyone it’s super amazing there and I’m super grateful to all my sparring partners for getting me sharp Iron sharpens iron

Today was super fun they say there’s a first time for everything I competed in a “grappling industry’s” tournament I did competed in an “absolute division” for the first time and I competed in the blue belt skill division for the fist time and I cut from 160 to 155 and I got second place in the 155lb blue belt Gi bracket (witch was a 2 man bracket 😂😭) I faced (a filthy guard puller 🤓(he’s cool though)) my opponent for no Gi 155lbs dropped out so I competed in the 170lbs blue belt bracket (first time competing up a weight class) there where 2 collage wrestlers and 1 high school wrestler that said he started wrestling at 7 (he’s 17 now he got moved up an age class) and Idk if I need to say this but I got cleaned out in that bracket 😂😂😂 and I met a really cool guy mma heavyweight state champ of California he’s a GOAT he’s super cool he invited me to train at his gym next time I’m in town so I have another reason to come to San Jose again this was a super good learning experience I’m glad I decided to do this tournament

This was the best birthday I’ve ever had today I turned 19 today and I got my green belt in Brazilian Jujitsu (and Judo) under I’ve been training hard for this promotion sense it just so happed to be on my birthday the only thing is there’s a typo in my last name 😂😂😂 not that it matters that much this is a super big accomplishment because I have always (and still do) consider myself to be a striker so the fact that I’m at least decent at grappling is a really big deal to me I’ve been training BJJ for about 2 years now and both my striking and especially my grappling have come a really long way (my grappling being pretty much non existent before hand) now I’m even more motivated than before to pursue my goals

These are from yesterday flexing without a pump (and not very good lighting) 158lbs body weight with about 14.5% body fat I started out at 120lbs 10-12% body fat about 2 and a half years ago after I hit 160 I’ll continue to bulk to 170 but less aggressively and before I continue to bulk I’ll probably do a recomping phase to bring the body fat back down a couple percentage points because I don’t want to be above 15% body fat for mostly aesthetic purposes but also because you usually have a higher strength to weight ratio when you’re leaner (assuming you train properly)
