As we close the 2025, I would like to thank all of those who have entrusted me and road along side me during this year's journey. You inspire me! What an incredible year of big changes, both professionally and personally and Aspire to Inspire went international into Montréal, Canada. This year ATI's theme was retreats, co-collaborative healing, and new offerings such as hypnotherapy. All geared to bring the body into a state of coherence and calm to go deeper and reach higher on your healing and spiritual evolutionary journey. To align and thrive!
As this next chapter opens in Montréal , ATI will grow and transform to inspire clients, community and new ways of collaborative healing and holistic health offerings. Follow and journey with us into the magic of 2026 🎆

What is one thing you see today that inspires you to see differently? Opening the mind in this way creates new eyes that see differently. Eyes of curiosity and wonder. Seeing deeper than the surface. This is a beautiful step to opening to what is unseen, but felt.

December New Moon ponderings from the . If you don't have a copy of this book, get one! It is fabulous! This has certainly been a pivot year, hasn't it?

One of my favorite pasttimes is picking up a book and flipping to the page that is meant to speak today. Today it was inspiration~ specifically "What inspires me?" At this moment, I'm inspired by the beautiful melting pot of culture that Montréal holds. A place where peace and unity come together amongst many backgrounds. The energy of this place unlocking new dimensions of myself. I patiently wait and enjoy the ride.

After several weeks of transition from Oklahoma to Montréal I finally truly allow myself to just be. To Seize the day... And the sunshine! As we all adjust to the "new" in our lives- whether that be new habit, job, relationship, residence, or country- take moments to just be in reverence with this place in between the bridges of your journey. This sacred space where Divine is aligning you for what's next.
Stop, rest, open your eyes and heart as many times as necessarily and feel your system go into coherence and harmony. See life's little miracles all around you.
Sometimes seizing the day isn't about action, it just to be and move freely in harmony and flow 〰️

We so often grip tightly to what’s already slipping away—situations, relationships, even identities—afraid of what might come next. But life moves in cycles of creation and release. Not everything is meant to endure, and forcing it to stay only wears us down.
🔸 Let yourself be misunderstood.
People see you through the lens of their own experience. Their opinions reveal their reality, not your worth. You don’t need to defend your truth to those unwilling to see it.
🔸 Make peace with uncertainty.
You don’t have to predict every turn of the path. Life unfolds with its own quiet precision. When something leaves your world, it often makes space for what truly belongs. Trust that what’s meant for you won’t miss its mark.
🔸 Loosen your grip.
The universe is endlessly generous—but it can’t fill hands that are already full. Letting go isn’t loss; it’s preparation for renewal.
✨ Remember: your best days aren’t gone. Life never runs out of wonder or joy, no matter what you’ve been through. Ask yourself gently today:
“What am I still holding that’s holding me back?”

Connecting with one of my favorite ✨Inspirations✨- photography. The Creator's canvas 🎨 and inspiration is all around when we take moments to slow down and open our eyes and heart. Moments in nature allow us to let go-- exhale stress, overwhelm, disconnectedness and anxiousness and ground deeper into balance and harmony and the peaceful support of the Earth.

Which would you choose? A gravel path, solid and familiar or to step into the flowing waters calling you? Change can be scary at first, but you are not alone!
My recent move to Montréal, Canada has been many things. Exciting, scary, sad, fulfilling, unknown, beautiful and each one of the emotions and experiences is perfect. Grieving the old in the midst of this transition is so important to honor. Grief is one of loves languages, nestled in the heart and ready at the perfect moment to be transformed into something beautiful. It is normal to experience sadness or grief in moments of change. Honor it and it's sacred offering. 🙏🏼

God's new path is opened in my life and that of my family's. "For we walk by faith, not by sight" In faith I took the step, but God messengers were busy guiding me every step of the way through signs, synchronicities, flow and my body's intuitive knowing and response confirmations. These are the undercurrents of the Holy Spirit guiding us on our path.

God asks us to take the step and beautifully meets us as we take that step in faith.
