Happy Saturday!
Whoa, that 45 mins on the treadmill was intense! I actually wanted to take a nap during class, on the rower... lol! I really really liked this class! It was the most like a bootcamp style feel and my body definitely feels it.

Friday's definitely was a good lead up into the weekend. I still am not a fan of not getting my longer distances on the treadmill, yet don't mind the break to only row 20 strokes and then get back on the treadmill.. lol!

Today, I'm grateful for the ability to work on applying a higher higher level of trust and accountability in my individual relationships/experiences with people on a daily basis.

A little late posting my ... had to let the coffee ☕️ kick in. There's been a lot of emotional growth going on outside the workout hours and lots of uncovering, discovering, and discarding. Enjoying this development of a new outlook and way life in relationships with others. Looking forward to more peaceful and serene interactions over time..
This workout would have been great as a Saturday class workout- I would have liked more time with it.

Whoo hoo! No skip Monday completed! It was a mini tornado class- never got comfortable in one spot to get too wore out with it. Now, I was sweating like crazy, and could so use a nap, lol, yet definitely got my work in. I like these kinds of Monday workouts- they ease you back into the craziness of the workouts and keeping up after a Sunday.
Today, I'm grateful for time to shower before work and the way the rain washed the pollen off the trees and makes them look "clean"




Today's   workout brought to you by a lot of sweat!!! Oh my goodness! I think I lost 2 lbs of sweat during that workout....

Today's was pretty good. No rowing on the rower, yet enough floor workouts to get the 200 calorie burn there. The AMRAP split squat had my quads and hamstrings burning.

Today's was a whole lot of working through heavy feeling legs, wondering if I prehydrated enough and telling myself not to push too hard since I would be back again at 3p.
This was a good core challenge workout that I haven't ever done with the bosu before, so I enjoyed it enough. Looks like they gave us a little break on the rower today since the Capture the Flag event is Wednesday...

Today's included the first time I've done the 500 meter row!
I was definitely tired still from the other benchmark challenge earlier this week on Global Running day and then just a full day yesterday, so took it easy on the treadmill to not puke when exerting myself on the rower.
I am going to try the "Capture the Flag" event next week... just to see how I do... I am really enjoying how well I'm able to see areas for improvement with how Orangetheory does things.
Now home for some Epsom soak, meditation, coffee and work.
Today, I'm grateful for laughter and being able to enjoy the sound of it.




Today's   definitely pushed me.. I was tired from yesterday's workout and know I have my first rowing benchmark tomorrow...

Today's definitely pushed me.. I was tired from yesterday's workout and know I have my first rowing benchmark tomorrow. It was a full class, and our coach does awesome at keeping the energy going on a pre-Friday!
Today, I'm grateful for getting to be part of others' lives in a way that seeing them grow in their own ways gives me a sense of joy.
Have a wonderful day, folks! Get your 2 liters of water and be sure to learn about something new for at least 10 minutes today. Today, I will be studying more about metta meditation and how to practice it in my daily life.
