Hello! Tonight we resume the Thursday guided group meditation, 7PM-8PM, love donations only! The Goddess Within - women's spirituality meeting is this Sunday 2PM-4PM, $12. This Monday 7PM-8PM we are offering Japa Yoga, a meditation using mantras, facilitated by Osaiyekemwen Okunbor, $8.

Feel free to join us for Thursday Guided Group Meditation tonight at 7-7:45PM. You will be welcome whether you are experienced or starting to explore meditation! Love donations only for this service.

Tomorrow Friday at 7PM, we'll have a ceremony to observe the solstice. Love donations only. If you are planning to join us for this let us know so we can set the space properly, RSVP by 5PM, text would be best.

The Goddess Within is this Sunday 1PM-3PM. A women’s spirituality gathering! Women in the spiritual path coming together to create sacred space beyond religion for soul-deep sisterhood where intuition, healing, creativity and community thrive. $12 energy exchange, RSVP by Saturday 5PM

We’ve been busy the last few weeks! Join us tomorrow for the Thursday Guided Group Meditation, 7PM. Love donations only! Whether you have never meditated before, have a meditation practice, would like to explore meditation in a group or just simply deepen your practice, you will be welcome!

The next gathering for The Goddess Within is Sunday June 22 1PM-3PM. We gather to share different activities and discussions relevant to women in the spiritual path. This is a gathering about spirituality beyond religion, where women can create a supportive environment and thrive community.

Saturday 7PM-9PM we are facilitating Journey Through the Chakras 7PM-9PM, $15. This an interactive workshop to explore and learn about this centers. We will use sound, breath and some movements to activate the energy flow along with a discussion. RSVP BY Friday 6PM

This Monday we are facilitating Awakening the Dreamer 2PM-4PM, $12. Join us for a in depth discussion of the dream world. We will be discussing dreams, feel free to bring a dream for discussion or just come to learn and participate in the discussion.
