Supporting my brothers and sisters who are colorectal cancer warriors and advocates on National Dress in Blue Day. 💙

Today is about raising awareness, encouraging screenings (especially for those 45+), and honoring everyone whose life has been touched by this disease.

While I was diagnosed with a different form of cancer, I will always advocate for anyone affected by any cancer. We’re all part of the same community.

Since joining the team at Just Worldwide, I’ve also had the privilege of helping patients and caregivers across many conditions share their experiences and opinions through market research — helping improve care and resources for future patients.

Advocacy is about showing up for one another.

Great to catch up and spend time today with my buddy Roger who is a dedicated diabetes advocate, and I have been a cancer advocate for the last few years, but with the new role, I am a full time advocate for all illnesses.

This morning among the many conversations we had, we talked about starting a regular video podcast in the near future with other advocates as guests. Looking forward to helping the world one patient at a time. 💚❤️

4 years ago today, i decided that if I stop drinking, it would help heal me from cancer physically, but along the way, I realized that I don’t miss it at all, and I keep going A Day At A Time 💚❤️

Oh yes, the worst night of my life was in May of 2021 when my last blood test result came in and my labcorp app dinged, and I read that I was diagnosed with Mantle Cell lymphoma. That pretty much began my love hate relationship with technology.

I went right to Dr. Google to find out what Mantle Cell lymphoma was all about, it made me even more depressed. Like I always say, I will never be glad to have gotten diagnosed with cancer, but there has been some amazing silver linings. I’ve been able to advocate for others whose lives have been affected by one form of cancer or another, and just this past Sunday, I had an amazing lunch here in New Jersey at the shore with 7 other MCL warriors and 2 caregivers that I never would have met if it hadn’t been for cancer and technology.

I am grateful to call these amazing folks the beautiful family that I wish I hadn’t met due to cancer, but grateful for the support. I met them on an online support group. I Whether, we’ve known each other for days or decades, I thank you all for sharing my journey with me. Brian, and many others win today, cancer loses as I keep surviving and thriving 💚❤️💪

I try not to give any medical advice, except to say listen to the health professionals, and stay off Google, (I already did that for you 🤣)

Kennadi Kuzowsky, a Cinnaminson High School honor student and 2026 class president, was chosen to be the 2025 Student Visionary for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Her goal is to raise funds to help support those affected by blood cancer. She is very determined to reach her goal. Below is a link to sign up for her mailing list. Tomorrow , on Saturday October 26th, I will be participating in my 3rd The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society Light The Night Event which raises funds and awareness for the LLS to help Blood cancer Warriors like me, and those who care for us in many different ways.

Received AMAZING results from Friday’s scans. Staying cancer FREE, as Dr Kumar told me I continue to show NO EVIDENCE OF disease, thank you everyone for reaching out and for being on my journey.
