Hey y’all! Looks like it’s official: I’ve decided to jump back in and train 5 AM workouts again! It's been a long while, but I'm happy to provide this option again for the early birds!

We will meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5 AM. I'm looking at the start date for these workouts to be January 20!

With this new addition, my in-person group workout schedule will be:
📌 Tuesdays and Thursdays @ 5:00 AM
📌 Tuesdays and Thursdays @ 5:30 PM
📌 Tuesdays and Thursdays @ 6:45 PM

I currently have a couple of openings in each of them, so reach out if you’d like more information on the workouts or pricing! I’d love to help you chase your goals in 2026!
