Eating real food doesn’t need to be expensive or complicated. When we are in that rut of junk food and takeout it can seem impossible to get back on track. What we need to realize is that if we focus on protein, veggies and fruits in abundance, healthy fats and colorful plates, we can feel full and satisfied. A healthy meal can take less than 20 minutes. Take the extra time at the end of your week to prep ahead and see how you tastebuds and body change when you stick to what nature provides 🌱
