In general, as humans, we know our strengths weakly and our flaws deeply.

πŸ‘‰ But it's only when you know your strengths, AS WELL as your weaknesses, that you can operate between acceptance and assessment. πŸ‘ˆ

If we only know our flaws - we focus on criticism and never reach acceptance...

The worst thing you can do when starting out, or building up from a level of low fitness, is compare yourself to other riders.

It can seem like you are a million miles away from being able to keep up.

Don’t stress about that.

Take it ride by ride.

Every time you get out, no matter how far or how slow you go, you will build your fitness.

Do it again and again and again and you will get there.

Nutrition is one of the most important things for any athlete, fighter, or human but it's sadly often overlooked. While its entirely possible to train hard and survive off of fast food and snacks, a proper nutrient-dense diet will fuel you better and allow you to train harder, and more often. Making sure you get enough protein and staying away from foods that will cause inflammation will drastically improve recovery times between training sessions. It's also a lot easier to get injured while training if you're pushing through fatigue and minor strains which are common with a bad diet. Simply put, a clean nutrition focused diet will allow any athlete to improve their performance and become closer to reaching their full potential.

Some of us believe in super heroes, or so called super humans. I don't want you to stray away from spirituality but, I believe in you and I believe in myself and you should too.

I'm talking about belief as a sport.
