Yesterday’s Sculpt class was full of light weights, controlled movement, and intentional reps…and still left everyone’s traps, delts, and biceps on fire.

This month is our RESET month where we’re giving your body space to recover without losing momentum. No heavy lifting, just smart programming, sneaky burners, and results that still show up in every rep.
