The Junior Chef Challenge at the .homeandgardenshow returns Saturday, March 25 and Sunday, March 26, at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans. ββββββββ

Emerging chefs ages 8-18 are welcome to submit their application consisting of an Ochsner Eat Fit recipe, a photo of the dish, and a summary (250 words max) about what makes the dish βEat Fit.β Full nutrition criteria are available at OchsnerEatFit.com. ββββββββ

Please ensure all recipes have the student's name, school and grade, the name of a parent or guardian, his/her email address, and a contact phone number. Recipes can be submitted via email to Erin Arceneaux at earceneaux@ochsner.org. ββββββββ

The deadline for applications is Monday, February 26. Finalists will be notified by March 3.ββββββββ

Junior Chef semi-finalists will compete in the cooking competition on Saturday, March 25 (finalists are asked to be available between 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. this day). Those three finalists will compete in the final challenge on Sunday, March 26, between 10 a.m. β 2 p.m.ββββββββ
