Today’s Pre-Conference Session for the National Medical Association (NMA) Regions III & V Annual Conference set the tone for an impactful and inspiring convening at Southern University. From dynamic conversations with HBCU leaders to meaningful community engagement, we are already building momentum around workforce development, health equity, and the future of medicine.

The HBCU Leadership Roundtable brought together visionary leaders committed to strengthening pathways for the next generation of diverse healthcare professionals, while the PREP Rally: Careers in Health & Wellness connected students and community members with real opportunities in health careers.

This is what it looks like to align patients, providers, and policy for a healthier future.
