This is a LIE.

By definition, food nourishes the body, but junk food only offers calories without nutrients.

These junk foods, or ultra-processed foods, are modified so much that they do not resemble the original materials. Then they’re reassembled using industrial techniques, so that there's no nutrition left.

Ultra-processed foods are linked to 90% of chronic diseases, including obesity, diabetes, and heart disease, because they drive metabolic dysfunction.

The food industry engineers these products to hijack taste buds while maximizing profits. Don’t fall for it!
