Yesterday, The Brook of Gladwin proudly hosted a ribbon cutting to welcome Peak Rehab LLC into our home!
Peak Rehab now offers Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy on-site, enhancing the quality of life for our residents through compassionate, expert care.
We’re incredibly grateful for their dedication and hard work, and we’re excited about this partnership moving forward.
A heartfelt thank you to the Gladwin Chamber of Commerce and the Gladwin County Record for helping make the ceremony a success!

We had a wonderful turnout at our Courtyard Manor of Fenton open house today! We were thrilled to see so much community interest to learn about Peak Rehab and what we do. We would like to give a huge shout-out and thank you to April Kern, CDP, the Director of Business Development at Courtyard Manor for providing us with this wonderful opportunity as well as the enormous effort she put forth marketing for the open house.

A huge thank you also to the administrator and staff for welcoming us into the building. We are excited to work with you and be part of the team! Most importantly thank you to the community members, and their families! You are the reason we are here and can’t wait to work with you to meet your goals.

We also greatly appreciate the professionals from the area who made themselves available for any questions and to show their support for this new venture. Please reference the picture below for their business cards and feel free to use them as resources if needed. We are happy to refer them to anyone requiring their expertise.

Our therapy clinic at Courtyard Manor of Fenton is almost complete. A few more things to set up before the Open House on Monday, July 21st, from 1-3pm. The owner, administrator, and staff have been very accommodating during this initial setup, we are very excited about this partnership.

Open House at Bay City Comfort Care was a success today! We would like to give a huge shout out to Ann Willette PT, Stacy Krawczyk OT, and Tiffany Martinez OT for stopping in and helping out on our first day. Our Director of Operations, Sarah Calkins, was invaluable in getting this clinic off the ground and the continued success of Peak Rehab!

Thanks to Dr. Dan Ruff DDS for making sure our equipment is in working order. Check him out for any Dental needs in the Bay City area.

We are very excited to have the opportunity to offer therapy services in another community in our hometown! And of course, a BIG thank you to the owner, administrator, staff, and residents of Bay City Comfort Care for welcoming us into their community.

Peak Rehab would like to congratulate The Brook of Standish at Eden Fields for throwing an awesome annual Anniversary party! This is the first community Peak Rehab partnered with in early 2024. The residents in this community are wonderful and the staff, administrator, and owners do a great job all around and Peak Rehab is very thankful to be a part of this community!
