I’ve been working on this project since 2012. It’s called Unseen now, but it began as Diary of a Medium. I made my own sizzle reel back then—which ultimately opened the door to television and touring. Every production company and network turned the idea down, and honestly, thank God they did.

The only real difference now is trust. I trust that when the time is right, it will be. It feels right now—but I’ve learned how to surrender to what’s meant to be, rather than force it. I had a lot to learn then, and I still do. What I know for certain is that I wouldn’t have understood the experiences I’m having now if this had happened back then. I didn’t yet have the knowledge or lived experience. I would have missed—and misunderstood—so much.

And there’s something to be said for perseverance—for never giving up on myself or on a dream. I’m grateful for every experience, and for every person who’s crossed my path along the way-and for those I have yet to meet! Thank you.🙏

Well… Spirit showed up big today.

Last night in Clearing the Ashes, something simple and powerful moved through the circle.

Not fixing.
Not rehashing.
Not justifying.

Just the quiet act of laying burdens down and being witnessed.

This reflection from the monks’ Walk With Peace feels like the echo of what many touched last night. How often the hardest thing to release isn’t what others did to us, but what we’re still holding against ourselves.

So many of the ashes we carry are made of regret, self judgment, and the belief that we should have known better sooner.

Forgiving ourselves doesn’t erase what happened.
It doesn’t bypass responsibility.

It simply loosens the grip so wisdom can replace weight.

Last night wasn’t about ending a story.
It was about letting the nervous system soften enough for compassion to enter where self criticism usually lives.

Peace doesn’t begin out there.
It begins when we stop being at war with our own hearts.

If something shifted for you, even quietly, let that be enough for now.
You don’t need to rush the integration.

Gentleness counts.
Witnessing counts.
Rest counts.

May we keep walking forward a little lighter, carrying wisdom instead of chains.
