What time did your babies arrive? Mine were 1:20 pm, 8:50pm, 8:05am

Mine were born at 1:06 am and 1:58 am (I had to look that up).⁣

Fun facts:

Weeks in September have 5% to 10% more births than in January.

12,000 babies are born on a typical Tuesday compared with 8,000 on a typical Saturday.

60% of babies are born during the day, between 6 A.M. and 6 P.M.

3.5 times as many babies are born at exactly 8:00 A.M., the most common minute to be born (the least common, 3:09 A.M.)

Keep in mind that C-sections and inductions are typically scheduled when there is more staff on hand, which might account for this timing.

What momma in your life needs a little break? Call/text them and ask what day you can stop by to bring a meal, hold a baby (so they can sleep) or pick up their toddler for some park play. Check in on your momma with babies! They need you ❤️

Yes!!! We have got to build our mommas back up after birth and stop the “ bounce back” culture that puts too much pressure on women. Nourish yourself and your baby and take it slow. If you need help with that please contact me.
