This one right here is SO good! I LOVE a mindset shift!💕

Jeanette shared this HUGE victory inside Blooms. Y’all this is huge, because so many women are exhausted from the cycle of all-or-nothing thinking. Super strict one week, completely off track the next. Starting over every Monday. Swinging between extremes.

One of the biggest things we work on inside Blooms is learning how to build steadiness. Consistency. Real-life sustainability. Healthier rhythms that actually last 💕

Can anybody else relate to this kind of mindset shift? 👏

Y’all, this is why we focus so much on simple structure, mindset shifts, support, and consistency inside Blooms. Because when women stop trying to white-knuckle everything and start putting healthy guardrails in place, things begin to change.

Y’all 😭💕 I got the sweetest package in the mail from my friends Pearl and Serene and I just had to open it with y’all.

Inside was their brand new book, The Seven Skills to Lasting Health, along with some chocolate Optimized Whey, and the letter they included just blessed my heart so much.

One thing they said that really stood out to me was how many women are simply asking: “How do I get back to what I know works?”

Whew. Isn’t that the truth sometimes?

This is exactly why I’m so excited because starting in June, I’m going to be leading a book club through this book inside my Blooms group coaching community 💕

What I love about this book is that it is simple. It is practical, realistic, sustainable wisdom for real women living real life. And after following THM for almost 10 years myself, I can tell you that these kinds of simple routines truly matter.
