Quick lunch idea that keeps me on plan AND satisfied - Protein-packed yogurt bowl 🙌

Here’s what I throw in:
✔ 1/2 c Greek yogurt
✔ 1 T opt Collagen or 2T opt vanilla or strawberry whey
✔ Berries and other Fruits
✔ A little crunch (seed mix from walmart)

Done in 5 minutes and keeps me full for hours. This is what I mean when I say: Healthy doesn’t have to be complicated. If your meals are too complicated, you won’t stay consistent.

Can I just say this, you don’t have to be perfect this weekend to still be on plan. Some of y’all go into the weekend already thinking: “I’ll just start over Monday.”

Let me just say this plain and simple… if you’ve been watching from the sidelines, thinking “that looks fun” or “maybe next time,” this is your nudge.

One of my go-to meals lately, taco meat prep. This is a non-negotiable y'all.

This is one of those meals that checks all the boxes:
✔ Quick
✔ Budget-friendly
✔ Family approved
✔ Keeps you FULL

I cook up lean ground meat and taco seasonings…
then I add a variety of veg and top it with avocado to give it that satisfying healthy fat finish.

Simple.
Delicious.
On plan.
